  • Yes. Every workout can be adjusted to match your current fitness level, and our coaches will guide you every step of the way. No prior experience is required.

  • Our 1 hour classes are broken into 4 parts.

    1. Warm Up

    2. Strength Focus - 20 minutes to focus on 1 movement.

    3. WOD - Workout of the day. A high intensity workout.

    4. Cool Down/Stretch.

  • Every workout can be modified for beginners through to experienced athletes. The goal is for everyone to get the right workout for them. Our coaches can help you scale or modify the workout for you.

  • Yes. You can book a trial class before committing to a membership. The fee is $25 + HST.

    Once you’ve booked a class you'll receive an email on what to expect on your first day.

  • Yes. Every one of our coaches is a certified CrossFit coach with a minimal certification of L1.

  • We prioritize technique first. Coaches demonstrate movements, provide cues and corrections, and scale workouts appropriately so you can train safely and effectively.

  • No. We do not charge any sign up fee. Our memberships are month to month with no initiation commitment. If, at any time, you wish to cancel we require a 2 week notice.

  • Yes we do.

    We offer 10% off memberships for First Responders.

    We offer 10% off memberships for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th person in a family.

  • IYes we do. Our facility has both changerooms and showers.

  • We recommend working out a minimum of 3 times a week for optimum results.

  • We have multiple classes per weekday. You can see the schedule here.

    1. WOD - This 60 minute class is suitable for all fitness levels.

    2. AD - This 90 minute class is for the advanced CrossFit athlete and only available with a Prime Membership.

    3. Teens - This class is suitable for kids aged 10 - 16.

    4. Open Gym - Allows access to the gym to do your own workout at any time other than when a class is being held. Only available with a Prime Membership.
